Thank you for shopping at BWAINE.

Online purchases made through BWAINE are valid for exchange and return within 15 days from the date of receipt of your order.

Simply send a return/exchange request on the Contact Us page and we will do our best to respond to your request. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.

What is BWAINE's return and exchange policy?


All return / exchange items must be returned unworn, in good condition, unwashed and with all original labels attached in their original packaging within 15 days from the date of delivery. Otherwise, the buyer is responsible for all costs incurred and no refund will be made.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

The original shipping costs are not refundable.

We do not accept returned items that have been sent back directly without informing us in advance.

You are welcome to make an exchange as long as it is in stock or, alternatively, you will get a refund.

Does BWAINE offer free return shipping ?


No. The return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

How do I make a return or exchange ?


Step 1: please login to your BWAINE account to submit a return/exchange request on the contact us page.


Step 2: After submitting the return/exchange request online, you will receive the authorization and return address by email within 48 hours.

Step 3: Ship the return package to our warehouse and enter the return shipping information (tracking number and shipping company).

Step 4: You will receive a refund within one week or an exchange order will be sent within 3 days of receipt of your package.

Done! We will send you an email once your refund or exchange has been processed.

How long does it take to get my refund or the requested items?
After receiving your returned package, we will either make the refund to your original payment account within one week or send an exchange order within 3 days accordingly.

What should I do if an item is missing from my order?

BWAINE products are shipped from different warehouses and in some cases we may split your order so that you can receive some of your items faster.


Rest assured, if the item is missing, we will send it back to you free of charge only if you have paid for shipping insurance.

Please check the contents of your order and package carefully before signing for the package.

Cancellation Policy


What is the cancellation policy of order BWAINE ?


We offer a full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You must submit a Contact Us help ticket once you decide to cancel your order.

For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but not shipped, we will offer a partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept the order cancellation request if your order has been shipped.

Customers will be charged a maximum of one time only for shipping charges (this includes returns); no restocking to be charged to consumers for returning the product.
